I'm unfamiliar with a "Torrent site." How do you download a particular manual?

A lot of Torrent sites host copyrighted material...in other words you might be downloading illegal software or documents.
You will need a BitTorrent client to access the stuff...

I was wondering about that. I doubt most of the manuals listed have expired copyrights, and Kenwood might object...

I just sent you a private message

There's people selling copyright manuals on eBay. NOW that's illegal.
Noone's in jail right now for peer to peer sharing.

Depends on who/what/where. Some manuals have expired copyrights. It's also legal to resell an ORIGINAL manual, (but not a COPY.) A few companies (Such as Howard Scams) have agreements with copyright holders to rip off people with poor photocopies with the blessing of the manufacturers, and at a high price.

torrents=ways for more spyware, viruses and spamturds to infect your machine. guess that's the price to pay for stealing copyrighted material. no thanks, I'll pass.
