Yaesu FT-1000MP Mark-V Field -to- MFJ-929 IntelliTuner

Has anyone built the interface cable between the Yaesu FT-1000MP Mark-V Field and the MFJ-929 IntelliTuner and would be willing to share their pinout? I found the pinout for each end of the cable in the MFJ-929 and FT-1000MP Mark-V Field manuals, but they don't seem to match up.
