Do any of your remember that either GE or Westinghouse (cannot recall which) had a cartoon character, a kind of mascot really, that appeared in various advertising?

He was a little man, the parts of his body were like lightning bolts and he had a lightbulb for a nose.

Years ago, I received a few QSL cards with him on them and am trying to find depiction's of him on the Net - but can't - I think because I don't know the character's name.

I think they called him Sparky?

Anyone know what I am talking about?
