I am looking for the Rf power output adjustment for the TS940SAT, The CAR LEVEL adjustment quits at 120 WTS,but still has lots more room to adjust .

Isn't the 940 your standard 100 watt radio ?? Why are you trying to fry the finals? Only the 480 series has a 200 watt version.
The 940 was advertised as having 150 watts output.
When I had mine in for service, the tech made a point of dropping it down to 100 watts to extend the life of the finals though.
If anyone thinks that 125 watts vs. 150 watts actually makes a difference, you need to go back and hit the books again. :rolleyes:

For thatr matter, not much difference between 100 watts and 500 watts in "s" units at the rx end. I can, however understand that he just wants to gegt it back ingto speck..

Kenwood TS-940S service manual page 75:
Power: ADJ to 110W
ADJ meter reading to 110W
That's with the tuner bypassed. With the tuner in line, output will be approx. 100 W.
Finals and drivers are expen$ive. The negative comments above are quite valid. Your call. I wouldn't do it.
