Yes where is the key? Don't you just need it for the bare minimum of tuning up.

I never saw the captions and that's because they weren't there. If you look closely enough you can see that the post was edited around 10:00 when my post was at 9:54. The edit, I assume, was adding the captions and a picture of his "modern side." At first I thought it was a 720 like I have but then looked closer.

excuse me for raining on a parade, but think this through.
your callsign info is public information, to INCLUDE your address.
professional, successful (meaning they can, probably, read) burglars operate off info like this.
you can equate it to publishing a funeral notice giving the address of the deceased. this is an open invitation to thieves.

This has been discussed before:

I for one am not worried at all. A smart burglar knows how to steal much more valuable things, that he can actually sell without suspicion, with much less effort.

Even then, the info is still in the ARRL listing so it doesn't matter whether it's on QRZ or not. People can still find it.

ahh,
Well the only reason that is there is because I put it there a week ago
And if someone were to break into my house and attempt to steal my gear,
They would find themselves greeted by the click of the action on my Winchester 30-30 I bought last year for hunting purposes.
You can ask any of the people at school how crazy I can get.
I once had someone trying to come through my window (I live on the bottom floor) I guess they were looking for my sisters room.... well they made a big mistake there! I ended up chasing the little bugger down the street with a crossbow and trust me, he never came back.

At my house it'd be a smith and wesson m&p or a highpoint carbine.
Of course they'd have to be brought out of the safe first.

because it is in the FCC listing ... but the FCC does not require the locatino of your shack--just a current mailing address. the people who turn up at my listed address will be surprised ...

I bet you five (CDN) dollars that if you called the FCC and said you wished to have your home address removed from the ONLINE database that they would do it.

The radio is an IC-756PROIII. An Icom/K3LR Multi/Multi tee-shirt is draped over the LCD monitor.
