Hello, I am a member of the community QRZ many years, but I can not update my biography, I change my phone number, other personal data, but when trying to modify them tells me that I do not have enough privileges and seek a friend that what can be done with taste. You seem to have not yet complete your registration proccess, because your status says "Unconfirmed"
Please read this first;

And your database has been assigned to the account of francoyv.
This is another problem,and it should be assigned to your account.
I will ask admin to reassigned it to you, anyway.

Your Login is not a callsign, so you are not automatically allowed to edit database.
Necessary to change Francoyv to YV5NSF

Thanks Kaz, I need all the help I can give, to solve the problem of updates to my biography and my data, I have changed my biography many years ago without problems.
The other issue you mention of francoyv this is my login that before but I used to change yv5nsf, ie I agreed to my data placing callsign yv5nsf, login francoyv, pasword xxxx, and now I have the callsign and login with the word yv5nsf, I do not the change was made to change the system QRZ. Thank you for everything you can do for me.

in spring time, software was changed and so it is possible that some Login is not working any longer.
Your account is fixed to the old login-name.
Tomorrow it will be changed to your call

Your database has been assigned to your account YV5NSF.
And your status has been also changed to QRZ Member.

Can you try to access your database with YV5NSF and current password??
If you have some difficulties, please let me know your valid email address,
I will send it to admin and he will take care of you for sure.

Hello Franco,

The problem you are having with you is just your account.
You had 2 accounts for YV5NSF, yv5nsf and francoyv.

Please remember, to edit your info, your account(Userneme) should be regitered callsign.
Now admin delete one of your accounts yv5nsf.
Once we assigned your database to yv5nsf but you fixed it to francoyv again.

So Franco, Just try to edit your info, I think you are not allowed to access it.
If so, please let us know, we change your account(Userneme) from francoyv to YV5NSF. It should work properly.

Your username has been changed from francoyv to YV5NSF by admin.
Please login with YV5NSF and current password.
I think now you can edit your info yourself.
