Im skeptical of these claims. If it worked, Im sure there would be all sorts of people figuring it out, or if I came up with the idea, I would let everyone know how to do it, that way it couldnt be silenced.

I do believe, however, that there is a way to derive this type of energy, and I believe our military knows how to do it, at least they know how to manipulate gravity.

The guy in the video is a joke.
He mumbles so that you do not know what he is saying.
He doesn't have details of any of his claims, except that this guys patents are going to be secretized. "Secretized" what the hell is that.
Whats wrong with any one of the other alternatives that we have at our disposal.

Coal to liquid would give us enough gas and lubricating oil to last for the next 200 years, obama even managed to get a bill of some kind passed. Harry Reid hates it, claims it is not good enough because the technology is 50 years old !
We have Bio Diesel, we have fuel cells, we have electric cars, and the list goes on.
Water car ? Doubtful. If one existed why haven't we seen in on Fox news ?

;)If this so called water car is such a great invention than why isn't one of the big car makers, Dodge, Edsel, Ford, GM, jumping on it with both feet and yelling from the roof tops how they have solved the energy problems of the world and that the middle east can go pound sand.

When the first water powered car pulls into my drive way and the driver jumps out and asks me for a bucket of water I will tell him to take a hike and take his rusted out car with him.

Water car doesn't exist because every politician in DC would be claiming that they invented it and are presenting it to the world to solve the worlds energy problems and the only thing the politicians are asking is that you vote for ME because I am your Saviour.

Nothing new except how the water is used. In London, during and before the war, taxi services were using boiling water to run their cars and well, how about steam locomotives they also ran on water.
