can't access my second account

Hi, I'm IK2SFM and HB9TVY. I now can log into the forum using my call sign IK2SFM, but cannot login to HB9TVY to modify my biography information on qrz.com What am I doing wrong?
qrz registration is the same for my 3 call sign. I have no problem with IK2SFM and N6SFM but with HB9TVY is impossible to log in.
Someone can help me?

But nothing with currently or passed username and password.
