I am a talk radio producer. Talk radio hosts are products just like anything else. Their value is determined by how much they are worth in advertising revenue. Neal Boortz (who I now think is a whore after the primary season) wrote in his book a very accurate depiction of the talk radio industry. The only job of the talk show host is to get the listener to stay tuned through the commercials. That's it.

Who cares. Rush Limbauh is a very ignorant man. If that many Americans are stupid enough to waste their time listening to Limbaugh then more power to him. Limbaugh must be laughing his huge derriere off at them. Rest assured he'll be laughing his way to the bank for the next few years. Keep listening suckers while you pay $6.00 / gallon for gas and sell your home to pay your doctors bills when the insurance company leaves you in the swamp. :D :D

The few times I've heard the oxy-junkie I noticed that he talks down to his audience like they are idiots.
