Probably has been ready to go for a few weeks, they just put the proper dates in and submitted it.
For all the bad talk about lawyers, one thing for sure is that if they see blood in the water, they don't wait around to go after the prey.

Back when their so-called "assault rifle" ban was passed, the gun-grabbing lefties were boasting about having their "camel's nose under the tent".
Looks like it's their tent and the Supreme Court's camel this time around! :D
