They're the Presidential Memorial Commission of San Francisco, but don't let the serious name fool you. The group's intentions are in the gutter: They want to rename the Oceanside Water Pollution Control Plant the George W. Bush Sewage Plant come January, when the next president is sworn in.

Kinda pathetic, I'm no Bush apologist, but that seems a waste of taxpayer money to put on the ballot.

Then they plan on all flushing their toilets, that doesn't sound very "green" to waste all that water & power for treatment.

The people of San Francisco are smart. They should be commended for such an idea.
