I cant find the info for adding and removing the 7th digit on this radio can anyone help this is the straight 757GX thanks ....Tony KC9NGH

I operated one frm and estate I was selling.

I think its the tuning rate button.
I kc or 100 cycle..

use the tune button or clarifier on the ft-857 , you may have to allow the dial for fm,/am to work as it is usually turned off in the menus on standard, the manaul can be downloaded

Hi Tony,

I just read this post, it's a month old, but I'll answer anyway.
You are talking about the FT-757GX, (Not the 857 as M6OTO understood).
I assume you refer to the tiny last digit, which corresponds to the Memory Channel.

You just cannot use it as part of the frequency. It is intended just for the channel. Actually, the display driver doesn't even receive from the MCU the digits bellow 100Hz.
