He/You will be able to fix the Database to his/your account, and add/amend some info.

1) Go to: http://www.qrz.com/callsign/IZ2OAM
2) Then click - Update this listing
3) This will bring you to a screen that allows a number of different options of things that can be modified.
Click on the appropriate one.
4) Enter the information you want edited.
5) Click on - Save Changes
6) Click on - Done
7) Click on - Done - return to "Your Callsign" listing.
