Can not update my US license

Hello, My name is Akira, JH0SPE.
I have an US license of AH7V, too.
But I can not update my US callsign although I am logging-in to QRZ as JH0SPE.
What shall I do?
Any help will be appreciated.

AH7V Database is fixed to AH7V Login account from 2002.
To edit, you need password for AH7V account or it needs to be released

Do you know password or email address for AH7V Login ?
