Amateur Radio on WGAL TV

I was grabbing dinner with my son at a local pizza place off of I-81 in PA when I caught a glimpse of a story that had something to do with teachers and amateur radio. I didn't catch much of it as the waitress chose that moment to take our order. It seemed like a positive story. Anyone have any more details, I'd like to watch the spot in full but I couldnt' find it on the WGAL web site.
