Thomas, who lives in West Virginia, is being called a medical miracle after she suffered two heart attacks and had no brain waves for more than 17 hours; reports NewsNet5.com.

Thomas’ heart stopped around 1:30 a.m. Saturday and doctors said she had no pulse. Rigor mortis started to set in, and she was placed on a respiratory machine.

“Her skin had already started to harden and her fingers curled,” Thomas’ son, Jim, told NewsNet5.com. “Death had set in.”

Very strange i know some die but seem to come back to life as they call a near death experince, but doubt i evr seen or known one to come back after a almost full day.:eek: Yeah grim reaper he probably relaxes smokes drinks why not spirits can there true documentrys on it. I see people everyday that obviously haven't had any brain waves for longer periods of time than 17 hours. You probably see these people too, one hand on the steering wheel and the other holding a cell phone to their ear.

Was she a union sister? Sometimes getting needed breaks require drastic actions. She may be a hero in sheep's clothing. I am glad she beat the odds and left the morticians (vultures) holding the bag.
