Check Home Depot or Lowes or any electrical supply house. Should be available.

I have bought copper wire several times from "the wireman.com" by e-mail order. They have a good online catalog you can download.

Check your local friendly scrap yard, might pick up some cheap (if copper is ever cheap). Might have to solder a few pieces together.

I agree with some of the others.
The shipping costs will eat ya up on that weight.
Lowes or Home Depot is your best option. But here are a couple of surplus places you can check out.

You may be surprised how cheap the wire is at Lowe's or Home Depot. Be SURE to get them to give you the FULL roll of 500 feet discount. You will see the "cost per foot". Don't accept that.
I got 500 feet of 14 gauge stranded, black or white for under $40.
Hope this helps. Bob W5UQ Tampa
