Hi, I'm sure you probably already have this, but the programming software is here: (http://www.kb2ljj.com/data/icom/ic-207-h.htm) for free. It also tells you what you need for hardware to program it; like a spare computer NOT configured to a modem. Hmmm, I didn't know that, learning everyday. Then I'd start asking folks for a Icom OPC-646 Clone Interface Cable. Good luck.
