QRZ #31 not recognized by Logger32 program

I purchased the newest QRZ cd that I use with my logger32 program to display callsign information when I put a call into the logger program. It has always worked fine but with this version (#31) it says 'CD not found' and haven't found any solutions for this. Has anyone else had a similar problem or a fix for this problem?
