You will be able to fix your Database to your account, and add/amend your own info yourself.

1) Go to: http://www.qrz.com/callsign/JL1CNY
2) Then click - Update this listing
3) This will bring you to a screen that allows a number of different options of things that can be modified.
Click on the appropriate one.
4) Enter the information you want edited.
5) Click on - Save Changes
6) Click on - Done
7) Click on - Done - return to "Your Callsign" listing (to fix your database to your account)

Your ingformation seems ok, no problem.
I think it would be much netter if you could amend the ZIP code from 1680082
to 168-0082, if you like it.
