I can't edit profile

Hi:
My name is Danny (WP4F). Im the KP4DJ's trustee. When i trying to update the profile the system said the i not have enought privileges to do that. The past week i pay to QRZ for change my password. The transtaction work fine.

Please let me known what i can do to fix that situation...
