I had no idea that the democrats had a common sense plan to bring down gasoline prices.and wonder why it has never been enacted. Just found out about it in some of the clutter I get in my email. If a plan exists that will work, why does congress procrastinate in getting it going. Is everyone in congress beholden to the oil companies?

As for the environment -- who cares, eliminate the controls until the dummies can standardize one one standard mix for winter and one standard mix for summer. There is no reason why demand and prices should go so high just so the tree huggers can be happy.
