Note the visage staring down from the wall in this photo from a Klinton Kampaign stop in Philthydelphia.

I tried to post the image, but it refused to cooperate, so I guess it is easier to visit the page at:

Sorry, Albert, I don't recognize the man - it could be Spiro Agnew, or it could be Caspar Weinberger on an off day.

From the site:
Supporters of Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton rallied in front of a mural depicting former Mayor Frank Rizzo in the Italian Market section of Philadelphia

That's the general. General Frank. I know the spot well. It's on 9th street in South Philly. Italians, Mexicans, Blacks, and Orientals (opps, I mean Asians).
btw: I think Obama will prove to be much more destructive than Jimmy Carter ever was. Do you still embrace him uncle?

Orientals (opps, I mean Asians)
Bunk.
Oriental is a race, Asian is a point of origin. Many Asians aren't Oriental any more than all Euopeans are caucasian.

Please save me from a Google search, and point out the irony.

Tell that to my sister (who works for the government- Democrat) and corrected me recently for using the term Orientals.
Hey, the less sense it makes the better chance it will fly.
Another gem:
Pennsylvania is much more closely tuned to reality in certain matters of (read Obama) ethnicity. Hence the Hillary victory.

Frank Rizzo and his brother, the fire chief, ran Philadelphia like undefeatable kings through the Democratic machine before the blacks took over.
African Americans.

As much as I admire Mr. Obama's speaking ability and leadership abilities, I have to agree with that, for either of two directions and I can't place which.
First, that he'd be an outsider like Mr. Carter and not able to pull the strings he'd need to to be a good leader...
or...
That he's just another clone of the steady stream of so-called "leaders" who were simply shills for corporate interests. His polish and background would make him an ideal candidate for that.
The fact that I have two opposite reactions to him is alarming in itself.

How about both at the same time? I think if Bama gets in we'll be seeing and hearing more from his wife than him. I have a big problem with that. btw, Is he black enough yet?
