"The war against illegal plunder has been fought since the beginning of the world. But how is... legal plunder to be identified? Quite simply. See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime. Then abolish this law without delay ... If such a law is not abolished immediately it will spread, multiply and develop into a system." - Frederic Bastiat The Law (http://www.amazon.com/Law-Frederick-Bastiat/dp/1933550147?ie=UTF8)

"The truth is, in order to get things like universal health care and a revamped education system, then someone is going to have to give up a piece of their pie so that someone else can have more." - Michelle Obama

Many of you are well enough off that the tax cuts may have helped you. We're saying that for America to get back on track, we're probably going to cut that short and not give it to you. We're going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good. - Hillary Clinton

It is perhaps my greatest hope, Mr. President, that some day we'll consider tax and spending measures with no one else in mind but future generations of American taxpayers. We're tying a millstone of debt around their necks, and it is a grave mistake. - John McCain

For those of you crying "Foul" and "Not Fair" I did try to find a quote from McCain in the same genre of Ms Obama and Sen Clinton. If you can find one please be my guest and post it.

(Sounds of search engines revving up in the background :) )

Right Arm Mikey. When I think of how those insurance company executives will have to give up tens of millions of dollars to help out kids needing a transplant, it makes me sick. Kids can be replaced, but if a fleet of speedboats get repossessed, they are pretty well gone forever.

Those kid's parents probably lived a lifestyle that caused them to have extreme medical needs anyway.

Why have a heart when we can support billionaires?

Yeeayyh!!!

that some people are rich and some people are poor... The fair minded people should run for office and change hearts and minds until they control governement and can faily re-distribute the wealth. This is only fair. The guy digging ditches or the woman flipping hamburgers works just as hard or harder than the rich executives who buy all those expensive speed boats. Why do they get to enjoy the winning of life's lottery at the expense of other hard working men and women?
From each according to their ability to each according to their need.

Then support the abilty to sell your own organs post mortem. Watch availibility go up. Why does everyone involved in the procurement of organs profit, except the owner of said organs?

If you can't sell it, you don't own it. Who does?
