You actually are hoping to trade a Windows 2000 install CD for a radio? If you have any luck, let me know, I've got quite a few old MS products I'd be more than happy to convert into hardware. :)
Not to be a naysayer, but.... have you priced the market for Win2K lately?

I would have taken any Motorola radio, even if it didn't work and needed repair...
