Hi. I'm looking for a Yaesu 8-pin (round) mic cable. If you have a mic cable with a bum mic (I don't need the mic, and PTT wiring can be open... but other pin connections have to be good), that would work fine. Does not need to be coiled cable, and cable need be only about 12" long. I want to build an interface switch box (plus cough switch) so I can switch between a desk mic and a headset mic without unplugging the cable from the radio each time. I figure $10 (shipped... parcel post ok) would be about right. So, please dig around in that junk box and see whacha got.
Also, while you're in there, I need two chassis-mount mating connectors (male pins) for said Yaesu 8-pin round mic connector. I can order them, but who knows what lurks long-forgotten in the depths of junk boxes... I think something lives in the bottom of mine. Anyway, if ya got 'um, lemme know your price (delivered) to 30501. Maybe we can come to terms if you're not too proud of 'em.
