Has been making midnight calls to the super delegates....
"Hey there, this is Al Gore, I am calling you today to ask your opinion on something I feel is very important to the party, and our nation. As you can see, the two front runners in our party are busy hacking at each other and driving fellow democrats to the McCain conclusion. I would like to make a serious proposition, suppose I come to the convention with an acceptable running mate, not Clinton or Obama, would you be willing to cast your super delegate vote for me and my partner, and would you be willing to lobby other super delegates to do the same?"
