2 meter antenna question

I read an article about a gentleman who makes a 2 meter antenna with 4 telescoping antennas. 3 for the ground plane and 1 up. I can't find the article or the website. Does anyone recall reading about this? Must be old age and the 45 sec. short term memory.

I don't have the article, but shouldn't be hard to make. I buy rabbit ears at yard sales for general, and telescope tubing. Sloping the ground plane down 45 degrees can produce a better match to coax.

I've read about making a dipole from an old TV antenna as well. Might have to try that.
