I'm sure at least a few of you have heard about the two girls who were selling on EBay a cornflake that looks like Illinois. Well, some bozo actually bought the thing.

If the bozo that bought it had instead bought $1350 worth of cornflakes, they probably could have found not only their own cornflake resembling Illinois, but cornflakes resembling all 50 states. AND still had enough cornflakes left over to last them the rest of their life.

I think this is a joke. Bay rejected their ad for the actual flake since they don't allow selling food. So they just made it a coupon. Notice that they want to pre-approve bidders. My guess is that during that proceedure they tell bidders it is a joke and not to bid. The others are probably shills in on the joke.
