Ok Folks, lots of folks believe in something they call Common Sense Gun Control
So tell me, what makes more sense -- add new laws to the books that take away the rights of the honest, or enforce the existing laws on the books to ensure those that violate the laws get punished?

What gets me is why anyone would ever think that a law needs to be made to enforce the ones we already have. - kinda redundant, isn't it? :confused:

Of course the second choice get -em -done, Yip the laws people theses days need to do what needs to be done quit playing.

I have to agree.
I think that the entire country should have gun laws similar to the state of Vermont. In Vermont any law abiding person, 18 or older may carry a handgun concealed or openly without a permit. That's right, any adult can carry a concealed weapon for lawful purposes in Vermont. The only people who can't carry are those who have had the right taken away by due process of the law, such as felons and drug users (don't get me started on that last one:D)

I must admit that I agree too. This country is here today because of the right to keep and bear arms...why take that right away?
I just have two things to say on this subject...
1. Guns don't kill people, people kill people.
2. GUN CONTROL MEANS USING BOTH HANDS!!!

We already have thousands of laws restricting the honest. Generally, the honest needn't worry about them.
