A photo of Bill Clinton and Jeremiah Wright has been published by the NYT.

Story here:

This should put most of the wildly racist howls from the serpent-toothed Right-Fringers to rest. Else it will bring them from their seats in higher dudgeon. Matters not at all. It remains, as it was from the start, a tempest in a teapot.

This revelation, however, will seriously limit the Klinton Kampaign Kamp's treatment of the Rev Wright.

Nice to see you're awake, Billhelm, but those two keen observations would seem to make no difference in practical terms.

That the hot tempered Reverend Wrong attended a "religious leaders" meal ten years ago, along with dozens of others?

And this is relevant, how?

When did relevance ever matter in a presidential election :D
Wow this is going to seem like a real drawn out election with so much time to go...

Who knows, *shrug*, somebody once replied to a post of mine "Someday your going to wish that Ron Paul was the president..." in the context they intended it to fit, I think not. But relative to Hillary Clinton or John McCain it is start looking more likely every day, not there but getting there in millimeters per week :D

In the very same ways it is "relevant" that Obama sat in the pew and ignored the rants of his pastor. Since that sermon has wound so many pairs of knickers in knots, I felt it only fair to share that original irrelevancy with another irrelevancy. After all, one good political irrelevancy deserves to be multiplied again and again and again -- in fact, the smaller the minds of the magnifiers, the more play it will get.

No, Hillary's spiritual mentor is the equally controversial Douglas Coe. Coe runs a cell-structured organization known as the “Fellowship” or “Family.” His goal is basically to replace our government with a Christian theocracy. Coe’s organization has been labeled the “Christian Mafia” because its members live by a Christian-based version of La Cosa Nostra known as the "Covenant."

Like I keep saying. It's time people dump religion.

One time compared to 20yrs, a very big difference, and I bet they didn't talk about Black Liberation Theology.

I got to see Nixon once, doesn't mean I was involved in Watergate.

Nice try but no cigar.

They all go to church but don't cotton to any of it. As Wilford Brimley once said "It's the right thing to do".
