K5LMB need registered / email

[KE5LCO]

I recently had my call sign/user name changed from my old call sign KE5LCO to my current call sign, K5LMB. I was told this was done, and it recognizes that I am a member as K5LMB, but when I tried to log on with a "forgotten" password, QRZ no longer recognized my old or new email address and I am unable to log on or retrieve my password.
