I got a kick out of a statement I heard Sunday on Headline News.
There has been some talk that even though Obama is leading in the votes that Clinton will sway the convention her way.
Of course Obama's people say that can't happen (Never say never) and Clinton's supporter say of course it could as she's the only one that could defeat McCain.
The final comment by someone in the Democratic Party was~
I certainly hope that would not happen as it could be the end the of Democratic Party as I know it.

Is it possible Obama wouldn't fit quite as well into the pocket of those who pull the strings?
If this is so, or if he wouldn't fit into that pocket at all there isn't much of a chance he'll get the job.
If the Dems do opt out on Obama even though he has the delegates, there will be Hell to pay. I can see race riots, violence, and even further polarization of our Society. It would be very hard for Billary to accept the VP spot on the ticket, IMO. A "brokered" ticket doesn't appear in the cards as I see it. Sorta reminds me of the old "be careful what you wish for"...

What makes you think that the Rev Al (the yellow media's pal) would accept the second slot? He's hoping to carry the convention for himself (with Tywana Brawly as first lady working the delegate strip joints) when both Shrillery and YoMomma self-destruct. Jesse (give me all of your money and your soul will be saved) Jackson will sell the campaign with his pastoral rhyming rhertoric and replace Condom Lisa as Secretary of State. All war will then immediately cease when all nations begin to laugh uncontrollably at the absurdity of the actions of the American electorate.
Let the fun continue.
