There will be a Special Event Station at Ocean Isle, NC starting next Monday, March 3 through Friday, March 7. This event is in honor of George Pocock who did many experiments with kites including a 113 mile trip on a carriage pulled by kites. The crew will be using kite flown antennas wind permitting. We will be set up to use all HF but will most likely be on 20 M during the day and 80 M at night. Tentative frequencies are on or near 28.390, 14.245, 7.250, and/or 3.900 MHz.
