I got a new vanity call over the weekend. I was KB3PJP and now am KW3K.
I tried to update my bio info on the call page. It won't let me in.
I tried the automated setup. I can login to the forums. But every time I try to update the bio for my call it says I am not in the database.

I'll get the login problem resolved for you. Thats probably because you haven't logged in to the database in a long time, and after a certain time frame the system will lock you out as a security precaution so no one can hack the information.
Give it a few hours and you should be unlocked or the issue fixed where you'll be able to log back in.
As for the callsign change, it'll happen automatically through the FCC. US Licenses can not make modification to CALLSIGN, NAME, ADDRESS information in the database. All of that must come directly from the ULS at the FCC. So once the FCC has processed your new callsign in the ULS, usually 24 to 48 hours later QRZ will automatically update with that information.
You'll be able to modify your Bio, photo, email address, Website address, and QSL instructions only.

After I posted this response I went to your callsign and it has already been updated, it now has your new callsign listed. The login issue is still pending. Just keep trying it throughout the day, if by tomorrow you still can't login, let me know. Thanks...
