Anyone having problems with Gennady's service latley. For example, slow to reply to e-mail regarding problems, post taking longer then usual etc. ?? And where does AI4U come into it all ?
Please don't enter posts about how good he is, I have been singing his praises for several years now and am well aware of the service he provides and how good it is ....... usually.

The AI4 guy is Jeff, for the U.S. people that want to order his cards you send your money to jeff and he forwards the money to Gennady, it's no scam.
I used it and it worked.

Never thought it was a scam but why are some emails sent to Gennady being answered by Jeff??
I have had 5000 cards done by him and no problems but the latest order is no where to be seen ... yet. Post being like it is could be the reason for the delay but that does not explain the delay in his replying to emails, 4 days now.
I have another order waiting to go and have explained this in my last email but still no response.

I got my cards last week ok. but Gennady had trouble contacting me by e-mail. Thats where AI4U came in. He sent me an e-mail telling me Gennady was having trouble contacting me. My cards got here in 4 weeks 1 day and everything was ok. Hope this helps.

I ordered my cards and Gennady said 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. That was 6 weeks ago and have not received them. No reply from Gennady to my emails inquiring as to the problem.

I've heard of on again/off again issues with UX5UO. I use LZ1JZ instead. Tony has always been good.
