Scenario:

Shrillary gets nastier as the election gets closer.
Even Democrats see this, and Obama gets the Democrat candidacy.
McCain does not inspire Republicans to get out and vote.
Democrat in the White House, Democrat majority in Congress.
The day after the inauguration, Democrats are to blame for everything, and Republicans have four years to say "I told you so!"

How long will the Patriot Act remain in effect?
How long before the gun control laws show up?
How long before the whole country gets California smog laws?

Will the Democrats use the Patriot act while dismantling it?

I don't think the Republicans should be talking is what I think....

They messed things of mighty fine, and most of their policies I call MFJ, Mighty Fine Junk (Also a radio provider!).

So, once the republicans have fixed the mess (which they never will, they'd much rather hand it off to someone else then blame for it, like they always do and always will), once they have fixed the mess I will be willing to listen.

Till then, most are trying to redeem themselves by trashing Democrats and Liberals, that won't help them either.

The best defense is a mirror image offense eh? :D

What kind of drugs do you take, station?

What a bunch of incoherent white noise.

You can't spell or identify political parties correctly like most right wing airheads.

Get help. You need it.

You thought that post of mine was defensive?

It was just my way of pointing out how worthless and ineffective this whole liberal vs neocon fallacy is. I'm amazed at the otherwise intelligent people that fall for it.

Obama, Clinton, McCain....we're all in the same sinking boat no matter who we get. The changes we think we need have to start in congress, and that won't be happening anytime soon.

Oh, er, I get it... something in "neo".

Is that like something is "red" or "purple"?

Why don't you run for president? Apparently your ideas are superior to theirs, since that is true you should have the election in the bag?

Or were you just repeating what Master Limbaugh said?

I can't run for president, I don't have the money it takes, or the right number of high ranking friends, or the desire. No thanks. That still doesn't make those three options of Clinton, Obama, or McCain any better now does it.

Besides, the president doesn't really have the power to change the status quo. We need to rinse off congress and hire a new one.

How about some political reform?

1 - 50% of all Senate seats need to be up for election every three years

2 - We need term limits of 8 years in the house, 12 years in the senate.

3 - I think no one over age 70 should be permitted to RUN for any federal office.

4 - I think all federal judges should be retired no later than age 70.

5 - Congressional pension program should cease to exist, unmatched 401K's should be implemented and used by all members of congress.

6 - Congressional pay should be reduced to no more than 20% ABOVE the median American annual income....adjustable every two years.

7 - Attorneys should be banned from all public offices.

8 - All congressional members, and elected or appointed federal officials, found guilty of crimes should receive exactly DOUBLE the punishment allowed under law.

9 - A federal HMO should be created to handle the healthcare needs of all federally elected personnel.
