I tried but can't figure out how to do this. I would like to make my windows full size upon starting. How does one set this up so it happens every time regardless of the program permanently?

I know its probably a simple checkbox or setting somewhere, but I can't find it. I'm tired of always having to click on the full size box in the upper right hand corner. Thanks in advance.

Click start
go to ALL PROGRAMS
go to your program
right click on the shortcut
click PROPERTIES
click the SHOTRCUT tab
select MAXIMIZED from the drop down menu next to RUN:

That does not work. I have no shortcut tab or an "All Programs" selection. I am using windows XP Home Edition.

You have no selection called "ALL PROGRAMS" on the "START" Menu?
How/why did you remove that?
