There is no service pack 2 for Vista. Service Pack 1 has just been released to manufacturers (RTM) and will be showing up as available via Windows Update soon.

Have you tried the compatability mode in Vista. Find the .exe file for Labels Unlimited in explorer, right click, select properties, select the comatability tab and check the previous version of windows that you want the program to run under.
I have several older programs that work OK in Vista, only after changing the compatability mode. Hope this helps.

Hi, sorry but i have to disagree with you as i have checked my update history to make sure my info was correct which it is, according to my update history for vista basic a service pack 2 has been downloaded onto my laptop. In the history it reads "update for microsoft XML core services 4.0 service pack 2 (KB941833)".

Ummm, that is not a general operating system service pack--rather something for a very tiny part of the overall structure, dealing with XML (Extensible Markup Language). Consider it a small update--to go with all of the others...
