With 47% of WA and 88% of WI reporting it looks like McCain is going to sweep the republican primaries today effectively ending any chance that Huckabee has of a first ballot win.
The most interesting thing about the Republican primaries today is that in WA, Romney is doing nearly as well as Huckabee but that both of them together don't outpoll McCain.
I'd say by this point everyone who cares but Huckabee knows that McCain's going to win the Republican nomination.
Meanwhile, on the Democratic side, with 89% of the vote counted, Obama is handily winning his 9th straight, outpolling Clinton by fifteen percentage points. While the Democratic contest remains too close to call, momentum is certainly with the senator from IL, with two weeks until the next big contest, where he is currently leading in the polls in OH, but not in TX, which may be Mrs Clinton's last win of this campaign.
In other news, it now appears that Congressman Ron Paul didn't refocus his efforts on Congress re-election, and stands a real chance of losing his seat to a fellow republican in the TX primaries. Apparently even his home district is tired of the Dr Paul's ineffectiveness in his job.
