Marilyn, Frank Watts' daughter with whom he lived has told me via the telephone that Frank died of Cardiac Arrest on Friday morning the 15th February, 2008 , after a very short illness. Frank of Newent, Glos. ,UK was a very keen CW and SSB operator and used recently VOIP modes over the Internet also. He will be sadly missed by many Radio Amateurs both in the Uk and abroad.
