I received an offer from ES1WW to sell me a map which he had printed "his life work" The Russian Commonwealth and Prefix wall map. 42"x28" multi color with state borders from 91, contains CR & UTI ZONES, AND LATEST PREFIX CHANGES! IT SOUNDED GOOD. So I sent him $10.00 dollars USA. That was in October 2007. I have not received anything yet! His name and address: Parn August, PO Box 1673, Tallin 10621, ESTONIA. SO LET ANY ONE THINKING OF BUYING BEWARE!!
I dealt with a Russian QSL printer (Octavia) several years ago who took months to fill my order. I thought I was out $100, but they eventually came through and did a first-rate job. Between the shipping issues (Customs inspection, etc.) and the cultural differences, they sometimes take a bit longer than that to which we in the US are accustomed. :rolleyes:
Then, again... you may be S.O.L.! :eek: Try to contact them and hope for the best.
