A widowed church member recently gave me a box of her husband's old stuff, and I found his old ARRL card and callsign in the box. I looked him up and apparently he has not been recognized as a silent key. His call sign was nothing special, a regular old 2x3 so nobody is clamoring for it, and I see that his license expired last month (despite his passing 5 years ago.) He also was not locally active in the radio clubs so I don't think anyone in the ham radio community knew of his passing.
I was just wondering if there was a way to have him recognized as a silent key as I have seen done before.
