This seller is selling conterfit software for programing radios.
some of the software that this person is selling is for :
ICOM
MOTOROLA
KENWOOD
and so on they have take advantage of a lot of ppl and i am trying to stop them from taking advantage of anyone else.
as far as i know they are not a ham but i just wanted to let everyone know to be very careful of this seller.

I purchased software from another seller on Ebay that lists under Amateur Radio sales.
The software arrived and it was useless. It requires you to write your own perimeters for the rig you use.
I complained to the seller and he did refund the full amount.
If you want a program to control almost any modern HF rig you might as well download HRD. It is free and it is great software.

i did get the software and it is the real deal.
it has icom, moto, vertex, kenwood.
software in the files
the problme is that it is all copyright protected software and it done not have any serial numbers so as it can be used.
like i said beware of this seller.
Why would you lie about this all the numbers are in the folders i check them all before i put them on the disc. If your looking for the kenwood numbers there is a LARGE list of them under the read me file in the Kenwood folder all others like the vertex are in with the file itself. If you had a problem you should have contacted me i work very well with others and would have helped you..This is wrong what you did posting a BEWARE About me when all you have to do is ASK! Well if you still neeed help i am here and when you buy the software there was a note in the package you should have read it...Thank you have a nice day

If you are reselling software with registration numbers then you are breaking the licensing agreement of the software.
Its not legal to transfer software like that. If you sold the software, intact, in its original packaging and deleted it off your own system, maybe, MAYBE you'd be ok, but if you're just compiling software, giving keys out, and recopying it, you are definetely breaking the law. By selling it, you're breaking it at an even higher level.
You shouldn't admit such things on a public forum. You're not legal if you're doing that. If the software is free and unlocked and licensed as such, then you can usually redistribute it-but not at a profit, except for the media you're putting it on, usually.
I'd suggest retracting and changing your way of doing business immedietely if this is the case before ebay finds out.
Well that is also why most of the software was pulled from the auctions. I found out it could not be sold. You know and I bet ALL of you own this software and use it. I still have most of you asking me for software in emails...HUH
Oh and another thing. I PAID for the same disk from someone on this site to. Not going to say who it is but yes I got it from one of you and you know who you are...
