i upgrated my callsign how can i update this page

please help me for upgrated callsign my old callsign is tb1csx and the new one is ta3aw but i cant find how to change callsign or a new account ta3aw new account why not active .... tb1csx@yahoo.com or ta3awburak@gmail.com thank for your help.
