Program for logging checkins for net control

Is there a windows based program for checking in people as they check in for a net? If so could you please direct me to it.

Go to http://www.n3fjp.com and scroll down the left side till you get to specialty software. Click the "other specialty logs" link. What you're looking for is Net Manager Log.
