I know some folks here have dealt with Brian at surpluscoax.com and that he has a good reputation - I just wanted to specifically state that I am not calling that reputation into question here.
Just over a week ago, I placed an order after corresponding with him by email, and I haven't heard back from him since. He hasn't answered follow-up email, and his voicemail box has been full and not accepting messages for several days.
Might anyone have some information to share about this situation? I'm thinking he's unexpectedly out of town or something, but if anyone has some info, I'd be very appreciative.
