Mfr unknown. Top has this number: 8301?0. Second last figure blurred, may be 3 or 8. Used in Curtis KB-4200. Primary 115VAC Sec 20VAC center tapped. HWD 50x60x35 mm, 2 mtg holes c-c 72 mm. Temporarily using one that will not go inside cabinet. Any help highly appreciated. 73's de Arvid
