Update Access Not Authorized

When I go to update my call sign listing on QRZ.com, I get the following message: "Update Access Not Authorized"

My user name in use is : franciscoipe and i want change to :ct1ipe like my call sign : ct1ipe . are the same. I'm not sure where the problem is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello

A "New Member" ct1ipe is existing. I think it was changed from ct2ipe. Please try to login with ct1ipe and old password or you got an email 4 days ago.
