QRZ Database lock out after new call sign recieved

Hello, My new callsign aa4bp comes up now on the qrz datebase search, but I am locked out and unable to update my information. Message states I do not have sufficent or required access level. Any help, Please email be at aa4bp@hotmail.com thanks Wm J Palmer Jr

login need upper case not lower case, opps, me bad, thanks aa4bp

all look to be all right.
Your database is fixed to your account and you are able to login.
Also lower case is right!
Any problem?
